Hi! I am Sharon. I was born and raised in Chicago, and I graduated from Taft High School. I got my Dental Hygiene Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Science at Loyola University. I specialized in teaching Dental Hygiene, but I loved the clinical aspect of it so much more. I stayed in the dental practices because I love helping people obtain and maintain good oral health.
I have been a dental hygienist for 45 years and the last 10 years have been my favorite and the most fun and Dr. Grubek’s office. I love our staff and patients; they are all so wonderful! Dr. Grubek is and excellent dentist! I’ve seen his work for 10 years now and he also fixed my lower two front teeth that had chipped off from eating something hard, on two different occasions. He did a beautiful job on both teeth and I couldn’t even tell where my teeth had been repaired.
I love being with my family and serving the Lord at Church on the worship team, the children’s and youth ministries. I love t sing and write songs. I have a CD out which is available on iTunes and Sportify named “His Way”. I also love exercising, sports, arts, crafts, and traveling the world.
I’m looking forward to retiring June 30th, 2025 and enjoying a wonderful rest of my life. God is so good to me!

Hello, I am Heidrun, and I am the dental assistant for Dr. Grubek. I have worked here for over 2 years and have a medical background. I have been a patient of Dr. Grubek’s for over 35 years, and I came out of retirement to work for him. I am fluent in German and grew up overseas.

Hello, my name is Emily, and I am the receptionist at Dr. Grubek's office. I am here to help you with all of your insurance and scheduling needs. I have worked at the office for over 2 years, but my family and I have been patients here since I was 4 years old. I am a student at Triton College and I will be majoring in Archaeology.
